Social Democrats USA, Kansas seeks to adopt the platform of the national while modernizing it. As to adopt a shade of purple for Kansas, through our teaching hospital in Social Democracy and politics.
We are a local of people that have come together in one state to declare that Social Democracy is a working system and America could benefit from it. We don’t seek perfection instead we want progress within our member engagement and meeting attendance.
Authority flows from the chapter committee with them handling day to day operations, but the active membership has a fair chance to interject on policy or statements with bylaws or lobbying.
We seek the good in everyone even when they’ve had multiple chances. We give out Social Democratic policies that demand justice and sacrifice. We don’t measure success by the amount of people we have but instead the number of minds touched about social democracy.
We are SDUSA KS an local affiliate of SDUSA. We strive to hold membership accountable to each other and are willing to reach across the aisle.
